Unrefined shea butter is 100% natural shea butter extracted from the nuts of the African shea tree without chemical processing. This keeps its natural vitamins, fatty acids, and nutrients intact — colour is ivory to pale yellow and the odour is nutty and natural.
Refined shea butter is carefully purified to remove colour and odour while retaining its nourishing, skin soothing, and versatile properties — light ivory in colour, with a neutral scent.

Yes. Custom Spec / Tailored supply is formulated according to client requirements including melting point, slip, FFA levels, colour, odour, or custom packaging. Send us the spec sheet and we will confirm what we can hold.
Yes. Each batch is documented, tested, and fully traceable from origin to export. Material is sourced from verified cooperatives across West Africa, and we are a proud member of the Global Shea Alliance.
Yes — tell us which grade you want to evaluate when you send your enquiry, and we will arrange a sample so your lab can qualify the material before you commit to a volume.
Yes. Food-Grade Refined is suitable for edible applications such as chocolate and confectionery, and meets strict food safety standards. Refined shea butter is also used for cooking and baking thanks to its mild, neutral flavour and higher smoke point.
